• COMPLAINTS AND PRAISE:

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15), we would like to inform you that you can send us any complaints via e-mail to matia.croatia@gmail.com or in writing to the address MATIA, manufacture for production, services and trade, owner: Matilda Sporiš, Zagreb, 18 Markuševečka Trnava.

We are obliged to respond to the complaint no later than 15 days from the day it was received.

• PAYMENT METHODS:

Cash on delivery is not available for personalized products.

Payment by bank transfer

You will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains all the information you need to pay: the account number to which you need to pay the amount in question and the order number. Using your bank's e-banking, pay the specified amount to the account.

If you do not use e-banking, print an order confirmation and pay the specified amount at any place where you normally pay your bills: at the bank, post office or Fina. We make orders only after the payment has been received.

• DELIVERY

Delivery in Croatia and the rest of the EU is performed by our partner DPD group.

The products are packaged in such a way that there is minimal possibility of damage during transport. When picking up, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the courier.

Delivery time for Croatia is about 15-20 working days (working days do not include weekends, religious and public holidays).

The cost of delivery for Croatia is 7.64 euros, and for the islands 13 euros.

Delivery time to all other countries, as well as the final cost of postage, must be determined in cooperation with the customer - individually for each such order.

In case of an unforeseen situation, the delivery deadline may be extended, of which the buyer will be notified in a timely manner (by email or telephone).

• RETURN POLICY

According to the Consumer Protection Act, in case the customer is dissatisfied with the delivered goods for any reason, they can replace or return it (at their own expense), without stating a reason, in exchange for money within 14 days of receipt of the goods, exclusively in its original and undamaged packaging.

You can exercise the right to exchange or return goods in exchange for money at our expense in the following cases:

• delivery of goods that have not been ordered,
• delivery of goods that do not match the product description on the website
• delivery of goods that have visible defects or damage
• We are not responsible for goods that have in any case been washed in a washing machine or by hand.

In the above cases, in the statement next to the name of the product, you should state a justifiable reason for the return or replacement, and attach proof to the statement.
